A highly anticipated Pokemon set, named Prismatic Evolutions, is set to be released on Friday, January 17th. Cape Cod Toy Chest will be receiving much less inventory than anticipated and will be taking strict measures to protect our loyal customers and the card collecting community. We will be instituting purchase limits for all individuals throughout all of the release dates of Prismatic Evolutions. Cape Cod Toy Chest reserves the right to adjust these purchase limit policies at any time and also to refuse sales to any individuals.
The general guidelines are as follows (see store for further details):
- Photo identification is required for purchase (drivers license, state ID card, school ID, etc)
- If paying by credit/debit card, the name must match photo ID
- 1 unique items allowed per person per weekend (Friday-Sunday)
- 1 identical items allowed per person for entire release
- We will be breaking the seals on all boxes upon purchase, we do apologize to sealed collectors but there will be no exceptions
- No holds, no purchases over the phone or online
Cape Cod Toy Chest is very much in tune with the collector community on the Cape. We know who comes to us, purchases, and then turns around to profit off of our fair pricing. Some of those individuals will be further restricted. Our aim is to get some of these cards in the hands of as many Pokemon fanatics in the local community as possible. We are a final destination retailer. Whatever you purchase is for you!
